The full story
Whole, wild-harvested kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) rhizome, sun-dried and cut, exactly as it is gathered from the alpine slopes. A classical Ayurvedic bitter, kutki is traditionally used to support the liver, bile and digestion. Its intensely bitter taste is the mark of its potency. How to use: Simmer a small pinch (¼ to ½ tsp) into a decoction, or use as advised by your practitioner.
