Delivery timelines
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 business days; other locations in 4–7 business days.
- A tracking link is shared by email and SMS the moment your order leaves our facility.
Shipping charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all prepaid orders.
- Shipping is free on every order above ₹999.
- We currently ship across India only.
Returns & refunds
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumables and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
