Products & authenticity
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Every Ayur Himalaya formulation is made to classical Ayurvedic recipes with no synthetic fillers, artificial colours or unnecessary additives.
Are the products lab tested?
All batches are produced in a GMP-certified facility and tested for purity and potency before they reach you.
How should I store the products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Oils and tonics are best kept tightly closed after opening.
Orders & shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat ₹70 for shipping, and it's free on every order above ₹999.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email and SMS you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Do you ship outside India?
At the moment we ship across India only. We're working on bringing the Himalayas to more countries soon.
Payments & returns
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, securely processed through Razorpay.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
